What you'll do
- Provide hands-on technical support for electrical supervision and maintenance in quarry operations

- Execute and monitor SAP-related activities for procurement and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Supervise and coordinate contractors working on electrical infrastructure ensuring safety and technical compliance
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, motors, MCCs, PLC interfaces, and industrial installations
- Experience in electrical maintenance, project coordination, and managing contractors in industrial environments
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations related to electrical and industrial operations
- Skills in maintenance planning, cost control, and use of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Interbeton, part of TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer reporting to the Aggregates Technical Support Manager. The primary scope of this role is to support quarry operations through hands-on electrical supervision, maintenance planning, and execution of projects, ensuring operational continuity, compliance, and technical excellence across all quarry sites.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for the supervision, planning, and maintenance of electrical equipment and installations within quarry operations.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance-related CAPEX projects for quarry electrical infrastructure, including cost control and timelines.
Act as the main electrical reference for Quarry Engineers, providing practical guidance and solutions for electrical issues on site.
Schedule and coordinate all electrical-related works and projects across quarry sites to ensure operational continuity.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, procedures, and legal requirements related to electrical equipment and installations in quarries.
Perform and support Health & Safety audits focused on quarry electrical infrastructure and field installations.
Plan, monitor, and maintain electrical maintenance plans, equipment records, and technical documentation for quarry assets.
Manage upgrades, modifications, and improvements of quarry electrical systems, including integration with central and site electrical networks.
Execute and monitor SAP-related activities (PRs, RFQs, procurement of spare parts and services) related to quarry electrical equipment.
Supervise and coordinate contractors working on quarry electrical infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety rules, technical specifications, and project timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance and projects within industrial environments, preferably in quarries, mining, cement, aggregates, or heavy industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, motors, MCCs, PLC interfaces, and industrial installations.
Proven experience in managing electrical contractors and supervising site works in operational environments.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations related to electrical installations and industrial operations.
Experience in CAPEX project coordination and budget monitoring.
Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for maintenance and procurement activities.
Ability to work in field conditions and interact effectively with quarry site teams and engineers.
Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in Greek; working knowledge of English is required
