What you'll do
- Prepare mechanical drawings for components, equipment, and installations following the Mechanical Services plan
- Support maintenance activities, new installations, modifications, and improvements of existing plant equipment and facilities
- Conduct technical studies and provide recommendations to the Mechanical Services Supervisor
- Contribute to the improvement of existing installations and machinery to enhance production efficiency
- Monitor the implementation of designs for new installations and provide technical guidance to constructors and contractors
- Collaborate with the Mechanical Services team and other plant departments to ensure accurate and practical technical solutions
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation of drawings and technical files
- Support additional technical tasks or projects as required
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge and technical understanding
- Mechanical drawings and proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Strength of materials, statics, and machine elements
- English language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy and attention to detail
- Planning and organization skills with a result-oriented mindset

TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Draftsman, based at the Kamari Plant and reporting to the Technical Manager.
The primary scope of this role is to prepare mechanical drawings and studies for equipment, components, and installations, supporting the maintenance, improvement, and modernization of the plant’s mechanical assets and production process.
Responsibilities
Prepare mechanical drawings for components, equipment, and installations, in line with the Mechanical Services plan
Support maintenance activities, new installations, modifications, and improvements of existing plant equipment and facilities
Conduct technical studies where required and provide recommendations to the Mechanical Services Supervisor
Contribute to the improvement of existing installations and machinery, supporting the overall efficiency of the production process
Monitor the implementation of designs for new installations and provide clarifications or technical guidance to constructors and contractors
Work closely with the Mechanical Services team and other plant departments to ensure accurate and practical technical solutions
Maintain proper documentation and ensure drawings and technical files are accurate, updated, and easily accessible
Support additional technical tasks or projects as required by business and operational needs
Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design
2-4 years of total professional experience, ideally with at least 1 year in a relevant technical/design role
Good knowledge of mechanical drawing, strength of materials, statics, and machine elements
Good computer literacy and proficiency in 3D design software (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.).
Working knowledge of English
Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning, organization, and methodical working style
Results-oriented mindset and ability to support practical solutions in an industrial environment
