Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and procure electronic components and materials for manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure materials meet technical and operational specifications.
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage procurement contracts and agreements, ensuring best terms and conditions.
Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and supply chain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on electronics and electronic components.
Solid understanding of supply chain management, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.
Experience in the defense or high-tech manufacturing industry is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
