What you'll do
- Develop and execute CMM programs for mechanical parts and assemblies
- Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments to ensure accurate results
- Diagnose and resolve issues in metrology programs and equipment
- Identify and assist in the design and implementation of jigs and fixtures
- Contribute to and uphold lab quality initiatives and programs
- Operate various measuring equipment including CMMs and OMMs
- Identify and source measuring equipment to meet metrology requirements
- Analyze measurement data to identify manufacturing defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on measurement strategies
- Maintain documentation of measurement results according to standards

We are seeking a talented Metrology Technician who will be working in the metrology lab in Athens.

Develop and execute CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) programs for various mechanical parts and assemblies.
Maintenance and calibration of measuring instruments - Verify and adjust measuring tools to ensure accurate results.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to metrology programs and equipment.
Identify and assist in the design and implementation of jigs and fixtures for new product introductions.
Contribute to and uphold all labs quality initiatives and programs.
Work with various types of measuring equipment available within the group. This includes CMMs and OMMs.
Identify and source measuring equipment to better meet the metrology requirements.
Data analysis – parse measurement results to identify manufacturing defects.
Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams for measurement strategies.
Maintain documentation of measurement results according to Tesla standards.

Proficient in using CMM machine and metrology equipment.
Solid knowledge in GD&T.
Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering.

Ability to communicate in English fluently
