Key requirements
- Machine operation for material synthesis including shear mixers, ball mills, muffle and tube furnaces
- Ceramic fabrication processes and operation of ceramic material testing equipment
- Experience in powder metallurgy, ceramics, cement, or powder-processing industries
- Troubleshooting powder-processing and production equipment such as kilns, furnaces, ovens, mills, mixers, and presses
- Material handling, weighing, batching, preparation of powder materials
- Commitment to safe working practices, quality and accurate documentation
- Ability to lift 25kg

Tesla is seeking a machine operator to join our ceramic material team. In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve machine operation for material synthesis. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to develop cutting-edge technologies that support sustainable transportation, energy storage, and generation.

Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting powder-processing and production equipment.
Experience working with kilns, furnaces, ovens, mills, mixers, presses, or similar industrial equipment.
Experience with material handling, weighing, batching, and preparation of powder-based materials.
Experience working in a pilot line, manufacturing, or scale-up environment is a plus.
Commitment to safe working practices, quality, and accurate documentation.
Ability to lift 25kg
