facilities / operations coordinator - athens

The Facility / Operations Coordinator provides operational support to enable our R&D locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible. This individual will partner with other Tesla departments and external vendors.

• Promptly resolve repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for R&D locations

• Communicate with stakeholders on facility initiatives and projects

• Manage vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to issues that may arise

• Manage complete finance process from PO creation to invoice approval

• Collaborate with the programs team to implement EMEA level projects and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders

• Foster positive relationships with front-line teams through regular site visits, providing support and feedback

• Support site openings and post-handover execution, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success

• Respond to location emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions

• Fluent in Greek and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems and technologies
