What you'll do
- Ensure the safety of all clients throughout the trip
- Act as the first point of call for all general client problems
- Deliver full first-day briefing and daily briefings to clients including local information
- Prepare yachts on turnaround days, including laundry, starter packs, and cleaning

Key requirements
- Yacht Sailing Experience such as RYA Day Skipper or equivalent
- Customer Service skills in a client-facing environment
- Event Coordination experience for large groups
- First Aid certification desirable
- Problem Solving and Time Management abilities under pressure
- Teamwork and Communication skills with a positive, social attitude
