What you'll do
- Conduct Internal ISM/ISPS audits and MLC inspections to assess controls and procedures
- Prepare vessels for compliance with international auditing requirements
- Support vessels during External ISM/ISPS audits and MLC inspections
- Draft Internal Audit plans, charters, and reports
- Track audit non-conformities and observations, and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitor certificates and audit reports through Navision to ensure timely onboard validity and renewals
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Internal ISM audits, ISPS audits & MLC inspections
- ISM, ISPS & MLC standards; Maritime compliance
- Audit planning, Audit reporting & Corrective action follow-up
- Navision, Certificate monitoring & Legislation monitoring
- Computer literacy & English fluency
- Maritime Studies / Any Field
