About the job
- Supports the Post Fixtures Officers with the assigned fleet’s C/P claims (off-hire / demurrage / other disputes) presented by / or to Charterers, as required.
- Assists the Post Fixtures team to handles / follow up on undisputed balances and invoices against charterers’ hire statements.
- Follows up on vessels’ voyage and daily operations to assist in the handling of fixtures and potential claims.
- Supports the Post Fixtures Officers with the preparation of weekly and other relevant reports, as requested by the Post Fixtures Manager.
- Provides assistance, as required, in order to submit for approval the brokerage commission invoices and forwards them to the Accounting department for settlement.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Shipping, Economics or Law.
- Previous relevant experience will be considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- MS Office Literacy.
- Team spirit.
