What you'll do
- Keep the CSO and Commercial Team updated on upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CSO and Commercial Team
- Prepare correspondence and communications for the CSO and Commercial Team
- Filter calls and enquiries and maintain logs of incoming calls and messages
- Prepare and edit presentations and analyze and assemble data for reports
- Provide general administrative support to the CSO and Commercial Team
- Maintain the filing system as required
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Administrative support, organization, multitasking and time management
- Travel coordination
- Correspondence and communications
- Call and message management
- Presentation preparation and editing; data analysis and report preparation
- Filing systems management; English fluency; computer literacy; communication; shipping and finance terminology
- Shipping and Maritime Studies / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred
