What you'll do
- Assist in financial statement close process including preparing U.S. GAAP adjustments and compiling supporting schedules
- Contribute to preparation of quarterly (6-K) and annual (20-F) statutory filings under U.S. GAAP/IFRS
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors by preparing audit schedules and gathering documentation
- Support internal management reporting and assist in cross-functional projects related to tax and financial reporting
- Assist in monitoring SOX compliance and help implement improvements to internal controls over financial reporting
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
- Audit experience and preparation of audit schedules
- Experience with financial reporting and statutory filings
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
- Accounting / Finance / Any Fieldpreferred

Coordinate with internal and external auditors by preparing audit schedules, gathering documentation, and responding to standard audit requests.
Support internal management reporting and assist in cross-functional projects, including those related to tax and other financial reporting matters.
Assist in monitoring compliance with SOX requirements and help implement improvements to internal controls over financial reporting.
Qualifications / Experience:
University graduate on Accounting, Finance or related field.
2 years of audit experience.
Previous experience in finance and/or reporting roles within dynamic corporate environments, preferably shipping, will be considered an asset.
Attention to detail.
Strong commitment to accuracy, transparency and financial integrity.
Fluency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
