- Prepare costing proposals related to service and technical configuration changes
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Assist office personnel with daily IT issues
- Support software development activities
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Navision ERP administration
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL
- System and network troubleshooting
- Costing proposals preparation

- Knowledge of Hyper-V and mobile communications

Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in the fields of Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Telecommunications.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on an IT-related job in the shipping industry.
- Knowledge of Hyper-V, mobile communications, Microsoft software and data processing.
- Familiarity with Navision software will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
