sales & marketing administrator - trucks & buses

Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? Star Automotive Hellas SA, a member of the international Emil Frey Group, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator – Trucks & Buses to support key business functions and help drive operational excellence.

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will report to the Sales & Marketing Director – Trucks & Buses and play a key role in marketing coordination and sales support.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

🔹Sales Support – Assist in sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order management and documentation.

🔹 Marketing Coordination – Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing activities (ATL, BTL, PR) to enhance brand awareness and market presence, while support the implementation of media campaigns, advertising initiatives, and communication strategies.

🔹 Invoicing & Billing – Manage invoicing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Data Management – Maintain and update customer and sales records, ensuring data accuracy in internal systems.

🔹 Sales & Market Analysis – Assist in production and sales planning while preparing market insights and sales performance reports.

🔹 Compliance & GDPR – Ensure invoicing and customer data processes comply with internal guidelines and legal regulations.

🔹 Administrative Support – Assist the Trucks & Buses team with day-to-day operational tasks, documentation, and coordination of internal procedures.

What You Bring:

✔ University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

✔ 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales support or marketing.

✔ Fluency in Greek & English (German is a plus).

✔ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

✔ Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

✔ Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

✔ Team player with an organized and proactive approach.
