The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and Εxperienced SAP MM Professional to join our dynamic SAP team and lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions for our customers, in the Public & Private Sector. You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles at different stages - from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment, applying SAP best practices in the MM area including S/4HANA.

Main Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Guide and support the SAP MM team to enhance productivity, collaboration, and technical expertise.

• Manage resource allocation, recruitment support, and performance development activities.

• Provide mentorship and ensure consistent application of best practices.

Service Delivery

• Lead customer projects within your area of expertise, ensuring quality outcomes and timely delivery.

• Design and implement SAP MM solutions that align with business objectives.

• Oversee team deliverables and support consultants across project phases.

Technical & Methodological Excellence

• Stay current with SAP technologies, Cloud innovations, and modern development frameworks.

• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of efficient delivery methodologies.

Customer Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor by leading workshops, analyzing requirements, and proposing effective solutions.

• Represent the SAP team in client discussions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Operations related fields, such as Business Administration, Financials & Supply Chain

• 10+ years of experience, as a Senior MM Consultant and/or SAP Consulting Manager/Team Leader, in the SAP Consulting business

• Hands on, technical expertise in SAP Material Management

• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Excel) and other team collaboration tools

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects as required, in Greece and abroad

Nice to have:

• Multiple Industry exposure (e.g. Retail, Banking, Insurance, FMCG, Manufacturing etc)

• Professional certifications (Project Management methodologies, ITIL, SAP certifications etc)

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-centric mindset

• Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills in both Greek and English; other languages will be considered a plus

• Team player with ability to work effectively in multi-task environment under tight deadlines
