We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FI Consultant to join our SAP team in Athens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting, solid understanding of end-to-end financial processes, and hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting financial solutions that meet our clients’ business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI implementations and enhancements across multiple clients.

• Guide and support SAP FI colleagues to enhance productivity, collaboration, and technical expertise.

• Manage resource allocation, recruitment support, and performance development activities.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Configure SAP FI modules and ensure seamless integration with other SAP components.

• Provide support during testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI consulting roles.

• Proven track record in full project life cycles — from requirements gathering to go-live.

• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in Greek and English languages
