 The opportunity

The R&D department of the company works on research areas related to data management, cloud technologies, and IoT targeting different application domains, such as energy, government, health, and more.

In this context, the company is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing R&D team. The selected candidate will be involved in project management activities, strongly focusing on dissemination and exploitation aspects of European-funded R&D projects. 

The main responsibilities include:

• Assist in day-to-day project management activities (project meetings organization, keeping minutes, communication with project partners, PMs reporting monitoring, maintaining records)

• Prepare reports and deliverables related to project management, dissemination activities and exploitation of project results on time, respecting the deadlines.

• Plan, prepare and implement dissemination activities for EU-funded projects, and create relevant communication content, written and visual, such as for website, SoMe, press releases, articles etc., in close collaboration with the Marketing Department and according to corporate communication guidelines.

• Organize stakeholder engagement events (e.g., exploitation workshops, focus groups, semi-structured interviews) 

• Participate and represent the company in project meetings and relevant events.

• Support the Innovation Manager in the planning of R&D results exploitation and in transferring knowledge internally.

• Perform market analysis and develop business models for post-project exploitation analysis.

• Actively contribute to proposal preparation in parts related to impact creation.

Required skills:

• Bachelor/MSc in IT or Business Administration fields

• Good understanding of the ICT industry and ability to communicate complex technological issues to different target groups.

• Writing and editing skills 

• Strong organizational skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office programs 

• Fluency in verbal and written English

Nice-to-have skills:

• Working experience in project management of R&D projects 

• Graphic design skills

• Working knowledge of exploitation strategy design
