Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain and update employee payroll information and records
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
Prepare payroll reports and support internal audits
Handle employee payroll-related inquiries, shifts and timesheets
Ensure accurate onboarding and offboarding payroll procedures
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in payroll administration or similar role
Good knowledge of payroll systems and HR/payroll software
Understanding of labor legislation and tax regulations
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Fluency in English
