junior technician (managed printing services)

SingularLogic, a Space Hellas Group member, is a leading Enterprise Software and Digital Integrated Solutions and Services provider for large enterprises and organizations of the Private and Public sectors.

SingularLogic, as part of its continuous growth, is looking for a Junior Technician to support its customers regarding Managed Printing Services (MPS).

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for printers, copiers, and multifunctional office machines, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

• Assist in the installation and setup of new printing equipment at customer locations.

• Document and report technical issues while collaborating with senior technicians and the support team for efficient problem resolution.

• The ideal candidate will receive training in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to Managed Printing Services (MPS), as well as in performing maintenance and repairs, including firmware updates, part replacements, and network configurations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT-related role

• Work experience in printers and office machines (Service & Support) will be considered an asset

• Good command of English (spoken & written)

• Excellent communication skills
