SingularLogic in the context of its continuous growth and development, is seeking for a high caliber and enthusiastic IT Business Analyst to become part of our dynamic team in Athens.

Main Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs/requirements

• Develop and analyze and document functional specifications

• Design efficient technology solutions to meet business and technology needs

• Communicate specifications to developers in order to build and implement technology solutions

• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams

• Gather feedback from end users about solution/system performance

• Provide advice and training to customers 

• Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT/ High Tech Sector

• highly developed presentation

• Analytical mindset

• Problem solving skill

• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

• Customer service orientation

• Interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of Greek and English Language (spoken and written)
