enterprise platform senior consultant

As part of our continuous growth and development, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Information Technology Consultant to join SingularLogic’s ServiceNow consulting team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow platform across multiple business sectors (ITSM, Strategic portfolio, Risk Management Security, HR, etc.), supporting both implementation and presales activities.

This role is ideal for a functional or process-oriented consultant who can bridge business needs with technology enablement.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Strategic portfolio, Risk Management Security, HR, etc.),

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.

• Provide consulting and support services throughout all project phases (requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support).

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Conduct presentations, training sessions, and workshops for end users and client teams.

• Contribute to presales, proposal preparation, and solution design efforts when required.

• Stay current with platform advancements, methodologies, and industry best practices.

 Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field ( Master’s degree will be considered a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, or applications delivery, preferably involving the implementation or optimization of enterprise platforms.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).

• Fluent in Greek and English Languages.

 Pluses:

• Servicenow certifications (es. CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc.)

• Professional Certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP)

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and projects as required

• Knowledge of relational databases, (e.g. Oracle, SQL)

• Understanding of integration technologies and communication protocols (HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

• Basic knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
