Sfakianakis Group, one of the largest, most dynamic and growing groups in the Automotive industry in Greece, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join its HR team.

Payroll Specialist

 Responsibilities:

• Manages payroll data, ensuring the accuracy of records and the timely payment of salaries
• Ensures compliance with payroll laws, tax obligations and regulations
• Handles hiring, departures, and all employee changes and submits the corresponding forms to relevant public authorities (e.g., Ergani)
• Monitors employee leave, sick days, work schedule changes etc.
• Manages timekeeping, reviews and inputs data into the payroll system
• Provides support to employees and resolves labor and social security issues
• Participates in the management of employee benefits
• Monitors and applies updates in labor and social security legislation

Requirements:

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management or relevant field
• 3+ years in a similar role
• Good knowledge of labor and social security laws
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting)
• Knowledge of using Ergani
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Scan HRMS software will be considered an asset
