Candidate profile:

• Enthusiastic and pleasant personality oriented towards customer service and satisfaction

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Knowledge of German or French will be considered an additional asset

• Professional experience in a similar position, in large 5-star hotels

• Very good knowledge of Social Media
