Scorpios is looking for an IT Assistant who will take responsibility to assist in maintaining daily operations and handling troubleshooting inquiries. The successful applicant will hold a strategic role within Scorpios Group in assisting the IT Administrator to everyday tasks and duties and taking up first & second level support cases.

Scorpios ecosystem includes

· POS Equipment (Printers, Service Stations, POS machines, etc.)

· Network (Ethernet, Wi-Fi)

· Hardware (PC, Laptop, Mac, Printers, etc.)

· CCTV (IP Camera, NVR)

· Online Services (Bookings, HR, etc)

Requirements

· Proven working experience at least 2 years in an IT Department or Helpdesk. Hospitality environment is considered desirable but not essential

· Relevant Graduate studies or proven informal / practical education

· Windows / Mac troubleshooting experience is desirable

· Familiarity with POS Systems

· Good knowledge of Networking and cabling infrastructure principles

· Structured Cabling Hands On experience

· Good knowledge of English language.

· European Union Nationality with available working permission

· The role is subject to traveling between Athens and Mykonos.
