Responsibilities
- Supervise the quality of food and ingredients
- Follow the instructions and guidance of the Executive and Sous Chef
- Liase with Head Chef or Sous Chef for the execution of recipes
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards
- Supervise the cooking process with attention to speed and detail
- Εnsure compliance with all company’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Cook A for minimum 4 years, High-End Restaurants or comparable, in terms of quality, Beach Compounds
- Time management
- Culinary school diploma
- Working well under pressure
- Multitasking
Candidate Profile
- Internal drive and willingness to work in a demanding, challenging and fast‐paced work environment
- Strong ability and self-motivation to overcome problems at work in a resourceful, efficient, and effective way, working independently or as part of a team
- Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
