We are seeking to recruit for the Supply Planning Department a passionate and energetic Supply Planner, who enjoys problem solving, has a can – do attitude, likes business optimization, and wants to be part of a dynamic team.

SUPPLY PLANNER

The role reports to the Supply Planning Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Reviews sales forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as an input to supply planning function
• Utilizes a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Demand Planning and Marketing to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for sales forecasts
• Manages the replenishment of products from sales forecast till stock availability at the Warehouse
• Purchase Order placement & close collaboration with warehouse and third party suppliers
• Handles & reviews promotional plans with Marketing and executes the replenishment with third party subcontractors
• Reviews & maintains inventory strategies on existing items, new products and product phase-outs
• Produces reports relevant to supply planning process 

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or any other equivalent
• Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or any other equivalent will be considered as a plus
• 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position
• Excellent command of English language
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office, with emphasis on Excel
• Good knowledge of E.R.P systems. SAP experience will be considered as a plus
