Our Production Operations Cosmetics Department is growing, and we are looking for a Process Engineer. You will participate in projects related to new product introduction, ensure process and product compliance, lead and propose corrective and preventive actions in process related issues.

Process Engineer

The role reports to Production Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Develops routines and best practices to ensure product quality and standardized operating instructions for the upgraded process
• Supervises the implementation of the relevant IPC and review any changes
• Evaluates and integrates new technologies or systems to enhance process efficiency
• Is responsible for issuing the relevant SOP for both pilot, engineering, and full-scale batches
• Evaluates critical issues related to raw materials during process and adjust relevant SOP, and the necessity for new equipment or modification of existing one and adjust the batch sizes accordingly
• Participates during initial production batches collecting and analyzing data
• Trains staff and team members on new process changes, tools, or methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like R&D, Production, and Quality Control

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or any other equivalent
• Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• Proven experience as a process engineer, preferably within FMCG sector
• Knowledge of cosmetics processes, standards and regulations
• Very good command of English language, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
