What you'll do
- Coach and support the PST with technical and administrative issues
- Follow up on team KPIs and visualize them on the workshop's Visual Planning board
- Monitor start-stop times and daily workflow
- Track deviations from the daily schedule and ensure timely adjustments
- Participate in appointment booking and planning process
- Organize and coordinate daily meetings
- Operate and update the DTTB digital board
- Assist in production activities
- Organize the workshop area
- Handle tool-related requirements and requests
- Receive spare parts for next day's scheduled tasks

✅Coach and support the PST with both technical and administrative issues
✅Responsible for following up on the decided team KPI’s and visualising them on the Visual Planning board in the workshop
✅ Monitors start–stop times and daily workflow
✅Tracks deviations from the daily schedule and ensures timely adjustments
✅Participates in appointment booking and the planning process
✅Organizes and coordinates daily meetings
✅Operates and updates the DTTB digital board
✅Assists in production activities
✅Organizes the workshop area
✅Handles tool-related requirements and requests
✅Receives spare parts for the following day’s scheduled tasks
What will you bring:
✅ Bachelor’s degree from a Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) or Vocational Training Institute (I.E.K.) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
✅ Five years of relevant work experience as a Mechanic or Electrician.
✅ Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and particularly Excel.
✅ Fluency in Greek and English, both oral and written.
✅ Desire for personal and professional development and growth.
✅ Customer-centric philosophy with strong customer service skills.
✅ Very good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic principles.
✅ Good knowledge of diagnostic equipment.
✅ Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants).
