✅Commercial Department Support

• Drafting financial and technical offers for two product categories.

• Liaising with partners/suppliers to collect offers, pricing, and technical data.

• Invoicing and order management for vehicles and spare parts.

• Monitoring vehicle deliveries and coordinating logistics.

• Maintaining internal communication with back-office teams to ensure smooth information flow.

✅Market & Competitor Analysis

• Monitoring competitors’ activities, especially in public tenders.

• Identifying new products/solutions that could be leveraged in future tenders.

• Preparing reports and recommendations for commercial strategies.

✅Specialization in Urban Buses

• Studying and interpreting technical specifications.

• Supporting collaborations with international manufacturers and suppliers.

• Developing standard bid documentation templates.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

✅Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

✅3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in a tendering or procurement department of a company involved in public contracts).

✅Proven experience in drafting and submitting bids (ideally under Law 4412/2016 on public procurement).

✅Solid understanding of technical specifications of vehicles and machinery.

✅ Communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams

✅ Excellent command of the Greek and English languages

✅Ability to handle a high volume of documents with strong attention to detail.

✅Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✅Familiarity with public tender platforms (ESIDIS, KIMDIS).

✅Analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

✅Market scouting and competitive benchmarking capabilities.

✅ Military obligations fulfilled (for male applicants)
