What you'll do
- Support and supervise local warehouse teams across multiple properties ensuring compliance with SOPs and operational standards
- Lead and support development, implementation, and optimization of WMS and ERP warehouse processes
- Manage inventory control activities including accurate stock movements, discrepancy resolution, and valuation
- Monitor and control warehouse operational expenses, labor budgets, and staffing efficiency
- Develop and standardize warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and technology integration in warehouse operations
- Monitor warehouse operational KPIs, discrepancies, and productivity using Power BI and Excel
- Conduct operational audits, property visits and retraining to enhance WMS adoption and team performance
- Support warehouse setup and readiness for new openings ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- WMS and ERP systems knowledge with experience in warehouse automation and process optimization

About the job
Warehouse Operations & Governance: Support and supervise local warehouse teams across all Group properties in Greece and Spain while ensuring compliance with Group warehouse SOPs, inventory policies and operational standards.
WMS & Systems Management: Lead and support the continuous development, implementation and optimization of WMS and ERP warehouse-related processes, including barcode scanning, inventory traceability and operational reporting.
Inventory Control & Cost Management: Work closely with F&B Cost Control teams to ensure accurate inventory movements, stock valuation, discrepancy management and inventory optimization across all properties, while monitoring and controlling warehouse operational expenses, labor cost budgets and staffing efficiency.
Process Improvement & Standardization: Develop and standardize warehouse processes, operational procedures and best practices across all hotels to improve efficiency and operational consistency, driving continuous improvement initiatives and technology integration.
Analytics & KPI Reporting: Monitor warehouse operational KPIs, stock discrepancies, productivity metrics and inventory accuracy through reporting tools and dashboards including Power BI and Excel.
Training, Compliance & Project Support: Conduct property visits, operational audits and retraining sessions to improve WMS adoption, operational discipline and warehouse team performance, support warehouse setup and operational readiness for new openings, and ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance and general warehouse safety protocols.
What will you bring?
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or Hospitality. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in hospitality, Fast-Moving Consumers Goods (FMCG), retail or 3PL environments, with experience managing multi-site warehouse operations and leading operational teams.
Strong WMS and ERP systems knowledge with experience in warehouse automation and process optimization.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset. Power BI knowledge is considered a strong advantage, with experience in inventory control, stock discrepancy management and operational KPI reporting.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience monitoring operational expenses, labor budgets and workforce productivity within multi-site warehouse environments.
Fluent in English with willingness to travel frequently across Greece and Spain, ability to lead change management initiatives and drive operational standardization across multiple properties, and competent in internal and external relationship management, and in addressing complex operational challenges.
