About the job
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for corporate roles. Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates by leveraging job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and industry contacts. Develop job descriptions and advertisements to attract top-tier talent aligned with the company’s brand values.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless and professional candidate experience. Manage recruitment administration, including maintaining candidate databases and ensuring timely follow-up with candidates.
HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR practices and strategies with the company’s business goals and operational requirements. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective people management, employee relations, and performance-related matters. Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads, supporting them in handling employee concerns, conflict resolution, and performance issues. Monitor key HR metrics to identify trends in recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction, offering solutions as needed to improve outcomes.
Administrative Support & Compliance: Provide HR administrative support, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Support HR processes related to employee onboarding, supervising welcome materials, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for recruitment activities, compliance reporting, and performance management.
What will you bring?
HR Expertise: 8-10 years of experience in recruitment and HR business partnering, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Talent Acquisition: Proven ability to attract and select high-quality candidates for both operational and corporate roles.
Strategic HR Partnering: Experience collaborating with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and drive business success.
Strong Communication & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in professional English is required.
Organizational & Tech Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
