planning & asset management manager

Planning & Permitting Management: Oversee the planning processes for all real estate projects across Greece, including studies, issuance of building permits (construction, renovation, additions, changes of use, landscaping), supervision and drafting of permitting-related contracts with external consultants, and regularization of existing structures where necessary.

Regulatory & Environmental Compliance: Manage permitting and compliance for various land and environmental aspects, including stream management, beach/coastline leasing, water sources, Natura zones, forest land, archaeological areas, and land contributions to municipalities, as well as obtaining environmental permits (ΑΕΠΟ, ΠΠΔ).

Property & Project Database Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive planning record of the Group’s properties, tracking past and ongoing permits, certificates, approvals, and supporting documents, while continuously updating and expanding the database as new properties are acquired.

Support for Acquisitions & Business Planning: Assist the Acquisitions team by providing feasibility studies and contributing to business plans for new projects, ensuring compliance with planning and regulatory requirements.

Strategic Asset Management & Value Creation: Collaborate with internal teams (Development, Design, Maintenance, Operations) to identify and implement planning strategies and initiatives that maximize the value of the Group’s real estate holdings.

Technical & Legal Due Diligence Coordination: Oversee technical due diligence processes, coordinating with legal teams and third parties (investors, creditors) to ensure proper assessments and compliance for acquisitions and developments.

What will you bring?

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in real estate planning and asset management.

Educational Background: MSc or BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Land Survey.

Legislative Knowledge: Strong understanding of current legislation related to planning, permitting, and real estate development.

Hotel Project Expertise: Proven experience in hotel permitting and related regulatory processes.

Financial Feasibility: Ability to assess project financials and feasibility, with a preferred background in cost evaluation.

Organizational & Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage complex projects efficiently.
