Your main purpose

Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Leverage a variety of recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and career fairs, to proactively attract and engage qualified talent, while promoting the Sani/Ikos Group employer brand.

Maintain and manage candidate pipelines and databases to support current hiring needs and build a strong talent pool for future staffing requirements, ensuring a steady and reliable flow of candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities, delivering an efficient and positive candidate experience while providing logistical support throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide consultative recruitment guidance, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective hiring strategies, processes, and best practices.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Cretan labor market by utilizing regional talent pools, local recruitment channels, and current employment trends to enhance talent acquisition efforts and ensure competitive hiring outcomes.

What will you bring?

Hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience of 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the hospitality sector.

Demonstrate proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and the full Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent command of MS Office tools.

Possess strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and talent acquisition strategies, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Exhibit outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, contributing effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Bring a strong understanding of the Cretan labor market, with knowledge of local talent pools and recruitment channels considered a significant advantage.

Communicate fluently in English, ensuring professional interaction with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders across international environments.
