What you'll do
- Review and evaluate MEP designs ensuring accurate adherence to technical drawings and specifications
- Support pre-measurement and cost estimation teams and collaborate with quantity surveyors on material ordering and pricing
- Manage assigned construction project parts focusing on MEP works for quality and compliance
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution
- Demonstrate flexibility by handling multiple tasks, adapting priorities, and being available for travel or relocation
- Attend meetings as requested by the TO Director and maintain professional relationships in a fast-paced environment
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- MEP Engineering and design development in Luxury Hotels, Commercial, Retail, and Residential projects
- Design coordination and managing external design offices
- Knowledge of building typologies, space planning, international building systems, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- Flexibility, adaptability, and availability for travel and relocation
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Plumbing Engineering

About the job
Review and evaluate MEP designs while ensuring technical drawings and specifications are accurately followed throughout the project lifecycle
Provide support to both the pre-measurement and cost estimation teams, including collaboration with quantity surveyors on material ordering and pricing
Manage assigned parts of construction projects, with a focus on overseeing MEP works and ensuring quality and compliance
Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Demonstrate flexibility by handling multiple tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and being available for travel or relocation as required by business needs, as well as attending meetings when requested by the TO Director
Maintain a high level of professionalism, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues while effectively operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What will you bring?
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineering from a recognized university.
Extensive Industry Experience: 5 to 10 years of design development experience in Luxury Hotels, Commercial, Retail, and Residential projects.
Design Coordination Leadership: proven experience managing and coordinating external design offices.
Strong Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of building typologies, space planning requirements, international building systems, and technical specifications.
Technical & Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Revit, GIS, or other relevant software is a plus.
Professional Skills & Sustainability Knowledge: Highly organized team player with strong communication skills; fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
