loyalty manager (14-month contract)

Your main purpose

Develop and manage strong relationships with colleagues. Manage relationships and tasks across departments. Perform other duties as assigned.

Support the Front Office team and the CRS department with Sani Rewards Programme information, including guests, stars, loyalty benefits and terms & conditions. Updating of loyalty-related content across channels when required.

Ensure that he/she can identify and recognize our loyal and repeat guests. Ability to interrogate guest profiles when needed. Management of guest information.

Manage personalisation, printing and delivery of membership cards to operations teams. Manage card and collateral orders, stock levels, delivery to operations.

Be the face of the “loyalty team”, and handle all aspects of communication, including negotiation and complaint handling from the guests. Proactively identify and address any potential service issues or guest concerns for loyalty members, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution with minimal impact on the guest experience.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of loyal member experience & guest experience from pre-arrival, arrival and post-stay. Conduct regular training sessions for front-line staff and Loyalty Officers on loyalty programme benefits, recognition protocols, and service standards for elite guests.

What will you bring?

Minimum 3 years work experience preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry. CRM experience would be a plus.

Knowledge of Opera. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Mid - Advanced level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).

Excellent written and verbal skills (ENG). Understanding of GDPR.

Time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task.
