What you'll do
- Support creation of interior design concepts for hospitality projects
- Develop mood boards, material palettes, storytelling presentations, and concept imagery
- Define the look & feel, styling direction, and experiential identity of hospitality spaces
- Contribute to space planning studies, guest journey concepts, and design narratives
- Research hospitality trends, luxury design references, materials, finishes, and furniture
- Benchmark competitor projects and emerging market trends to support product innovation and differentiation
- Maintain awareness of evolving guest expectations and hospitality experiences
- Prepare concept presentations, layouts, sketches, renderings, and visual design documentation
- Support internal and external presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ensure all creative outputs align with project vision, brand standards, and quality expectations
- Coordinate with Architecture, Design & Technical, and Delivery teams during concept phases
- Support handover into design development phases with high standards of creativity and design consistency
- Contribute to evolution of hospitality interior design language and product identity
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Interior Design and Hospitality Interior Design expertise
- Proficiency in Design Software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- FF&E Specification knowledge including procurement and installation
- Concept Development and Space Planning skills
- Materiality and Styling Awareness with luxury hospitality focus
- Visual Communication, Presentation Skills, and Storytelling capabilities
- Research and Benchmarking of hospitality trends and competitor analysis
- Collaborative Approach and Problem-Solving abilities
- Guest Experience Sensitivity

About the job
Support the creation of interior design concepts for hospitality projects, develop mood boards, material palettes, storytelling presentations, and concept imagery, and assist in defining the look & feel, styling direction, and experiential identity of hospitality spaces.
Contribute to space planning studies, guest journey concepts, and design narratives.
Research hospitality trends, luxury design references, materials, finishes, furniture, and styling approaches, benchmark competitor projects and emerging market trends to support product innovation and differentiation, and maintain awareness of evolving guest expectations and hospitality experiences.
Prepare concept presentations, layouts, sketches, renderings, and visual design documentation.
Support internal and external presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams, and ensure all creative outputs align with project vision, brand standards, and quality expectations.
Coordinate closely with Architecture, Design & Technical and Delivery teams during concept phases, support smooth transition and handover into design development phases, maintain high standards of creativity, presentation quality, and design consistency across all projects, and contribute to the evolution of the company’s hospitality interior design language and product identity.
What will you bring?
Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, with 5+ years of experience in hospitality interior design and a strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven and creative hospitality projects.
Advanced knowledge of hospitality materials, finishes, and styling trends, with experience within luxury hospitality projects preferred.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar), and knowledge of FF&E specification, procurement, and installation processes.
Fluent English required; Greek and/or Spanish preferred, with excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Strong conceptual and creative design capability, hospitality guest experience sensitivity, strong visual communication and presentation skills, materiality and styling awareness, and a collaborative and proactive approach.
A creative contributor to the hospitality product vision, a key support resource during concept and guest experience development, and a design storyteller shaping the emotional identity of projects.
