Own IFRS Reporting: Take the lead in preparing standalone and consolidated Financial Statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis — delivering accurate, timely, and fully IFRS-compliant reporting that key stakeholders rely on.
Craft High-Quality Disclosures: Prepare the annual Financial Statements with Notes in both English and Greek — producing clear, complete disclosures that meet the latest IFRS requirements and stand up to external scrutiny.
Drive Group Consolidation: Play a central role in the consolidation cycle — reviewing subsidiary submissions, posting consolidation adjustments, and bringing the full Group IFRS picture together across multiple entities.
Partner Across Finance: Work proactively with Management Reporting and other teams to deliver a smooth monthly close — posting and reviewing technical IFRS entries (deferred tax, IFRS 16, IFRS 9), reconciling Management vs. IFRS views, and aligning on shared goals.
Be the IFRS Expert: Stay ahead of evolving IFRS standards and amendments, translate them into practical impact for the Group, advise the wider finance team, and keep accounting policies sharp and up to date.
Lead Audit & Improvement Projects: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors throughout the Group audit, safeguard a strong internal control environment, and contribute to strategic projects — from reporting systems upgrades to process improvements that shape how finance operates.
What will you bring?
Finance/Accounting BSc in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, and relevant Professional Qualification.
4+ years of experience in IFRS accounting or a similar role or in Big 4.
Strong Analytical/Accounting skills are required.
IESOEL, ACCA will be considered a strong asset.
Excellent Communication is required (Greek and English).
Fluency with AI, queries and other new technologies will be considered as a strong asset.

Στα πλαίσια του πλάνου ανάπτυξης συγκαταλέγεται η λειτουργία 4 νέων ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων στην Ελλάδα και thn Ιβηρική χερσόνησο και η επέκταση 2 υπαρχόντων resorts, που αναμένεται να δημιουργήσουν πάνω από 2.600 νέες θέσεις εργασίας.
