Your main purpose

Design Projects and Collaterals: Develop visually appealing designs that reflect our brand's identity, values, and aesthetic. Create or provide final artworks for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics. Design in-resort materials including menus, signage, event programs, and guest guides.

Digital Content Creation: Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, etc. Ensure consistent and detail-oriented brand representation across all digital channels. Produce visual content that supports marketing campaigns.

Print Production & Post Production: Prepare print-ready files adhering to industry standards and specifications. Coordinate with external vendors to oversee print production, ensuring high-quality output. Manage print schedules to meet project deadlines and maintain print inventory. Support video post-production, provide guidance to photo editors, and oversee the editing of film and video footage. Guide animatic typography, review audio and visual footage, and organize clips into a cohesive unit. Create video audio mixing and color grading templates.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, design and procurement teams to understand project objectives and deliver effective designs. Provide design guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.

Content management & Overall Support: Organize and archive all written materials for easy access and future reference. Assist the Creative Senior Manager and the creative team with various projects as needed. Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete assigned projects on time and within budget.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Communicate project status and challenges to relevant stakeholders promptly. Follow established procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables.  

What will you bring?

BSc or BA in Graphic Design or a related field.

Relevant degree or certification in marketing, business, or a related field.

Portfolio demonstrating a strong design aesthetic and proficiency in various design.mediums, preferably related to hospitality and luxury.

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role minimum.

Tools, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). MS Office, Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

Languages, proficiency in: English and Spanish or Greek would be valued.
