What you'll do
- Analyze financial data to support Finance Business Partner Director
- Monitor financial performance aligned with hotel strategy and goals

- Review month-end close submissions and accruals for financial reporting
- Communicate key financial and compliance topics to General Manager and Board
- Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts focusing on GOP performance
- Recommend data-driven actions to operations teams aligned with guest satisfaction
- Ensure implementation of SOPs and act as a liaison between Operations and Finance Centers of Excellence
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Financial analysis and financial planning skills
- Budgeting and financial reporting abilities
- Knowledge of taxation including VAT, income tax, and withholding taxes
- Experience with ERP software, ideally Entersoft
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and analytics tools like Business Objects or PowerBi
- English fluency; Spanish language is a plus
- Hospitality sector experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
- Economics / Finance / Business Administration

About the job
Supports the Finance Business Partner Director by analyzing financial data, monitoring performance, and helping build financial plans that align with the hotel’s strategy and business goals.
Works closely with the Finance Business Partner Director and the hotel’s leadership team, including the General Manager, to provide financial insight for operational decisions, new initiatives, and cost-efficiency opportunities.
Contributes to the hotel’s financial reporting by reviewing month-end close submissions and accruals prepared by the Accounting & Reporting Center of Excellence.
Assists in communicating key financial and compliance topics to the General Manager, especially those related to their role on the Board—covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and board-level matters.
Works with the Finance Business Partner Director to lead budgeting and rolling forecasts, focusing on GOP performance and offering data-driven recommendations to operations teams, aligned with guest satisfaction (e.g., NPS).
Helps ensure consistent implementation of SIG and hotel-level SOPs in line with brand standards, acting as a link between hotel Operations and the various Finance Centers of Excellence (FinOps, Accounting & Reporting, etc.).
What will you bring?
University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration. Professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
Proven experience (3–5 years) in roles such as Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, or Performance Improvement. Prior experience in the hospitality sector is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
Knowledge of taxation, including VAT, income tax, and withholding taxes. Very good knowledge of Entersoft ERP is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Basic to intermediate competency in analytics tools such as Business Objects, PowerBi, or similar.
Fluency in English. Spanish language would be a plus.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
