What you'll do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for hotel development projects at various design stages
- Maintain and update cost estimates as designs develop and scope changes
- Support development of baseline project budgets and contribute to CapEx planning
- Support feasibility studies with accurate cost data and analyze cost variances
- Prepare cost summaries and reports for internal stakeholders and management
- Support periodic reforecasts with updated cost projections and variance analysis
- Maintain and update cost databases, unit rates, and benchmarking tools
- Coordinate with Design, Delivery, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure cost alignment
- Assist in preparing and updating cost plans across all project phases
- Assist in preparing tender documentation, BOQs, and pricing schedules
- Analyze contractor and supplier quotations, review pricing, and support commercial evaluation of bids
- Support project cost control activities with Commercial Manager and Senior Manager
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Cost estimating and cost management
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Cost database management and benchmarking
- Budget preparation and CapEx planning support
- Tender documentation preparation and contractor quotation analysis
- Fluent English and Fluent Greek
- Collaboration skills

- Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing Engineering / Civil Engineering / Related field

About the job
Prepare detailed cost estimates for hotel development projects at feasibility, concept, schematic, detailed design and construction, and maintain and update cost estimates as designs develop and scope changes.
Support the development of baseline project budgets under the direction of the Commercial Manager and contribute to CapEx planning by providing accurate and data-driven cost inputs.
Support development feasibility studies with accurate cost data and analyze cost variances and highlight potential budget risks and opportunities.
Prepare cost summaries and reports for internal stakeholders and management review and support periodic reforecasts by providing updated cost projections and variance analysis.
Maintain and update cost databases, unit rates and benchmarking tools, and coordinate with Design, Delivery, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure cost alignment.
Assist in the preparation and updating of cost plans across all project phases, assist in preparing tender documentation, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and pricing schedules, and analyze contractor and supplier quotations, review pricing, and support commercial evaluation of bids and project cost control activities with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Senior Manager.
What will you bring?
Master’s degree in MEP or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in estimating or cost management, preferably within hotel, hospitality, or real estate development.
Experience preparing cost estimates and strong analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.
Fluent English & Greek required.
