About the job
Support the Contracts Manager in implementing contract strategies aligned with procurement, project delivery, and organizational objectives, ensuring consistency across all contract activities.
Draft, review, and support negotiation of contract documents (including scopes, schedules, and commercial terms), preparing mark-ups/redlines and coordinating with Legal when required.
Coordinate contract formation and lifecycle activities, ensuring all approvals, delegations of authority, and supporting documentation are in place prior to execution and throughout the contract lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, procurement policies, audit requirements, and applicable regulations, while maintaining accurate and well-organized contract records and documentation.
Provide contract administration support, including change control, amendments, risk identification, issue escalation, and day-to-day support to internal stakeholders.
Maintain contract registers, documentation, and audit trails (including agreements, amendments, and correspondence), support contract close-out and renewals, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, templates, and reporting.
What will you bring?
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with 2–5+ years of relevant experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a similar role.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and administering contracts (including amendments and correspondence), preferably within project-based or procurement environments.
Good understanding of contract governance, audit, and compliance requirements, as well as common contract terms and administration practices (familiarity with standard contract forms is an advantage).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple contract-related activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively and resolve routine contract-related issues.
High attention to detail and commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and accuracy of records, along with proficiency in contract management processes and tools (e.g., document control, contract registers, ERP/procurement systems); fluency in English required, with Greek or Spanish considered an advantage.
