What you'll do
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities per approved drawings and project requirements
- Coordinate daily construction procedures, workforce, and contractors’ performance
- Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions
- Share construction information within the team
- Collect and verify daily timesheets
- Organize and lead construction meetings
- Coordinate between project management, construction management, and health & safety teams
- Liaise with Civil and MEP Construction Directors to propose solutions and review schedules
- Support constructability by implementing efficient construction methodologies
- Supervise site engineers, foremen, contractors, and workforce productivity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations and promote safety culture
- Assist in evaluation of variation orders and provide daily construction updates and reports
- Maintain accurate documentation and identify risks and resolve issues
- Support Project Director and respond to contractors’ RFIs
- Prepare work method statements and ensure coordination between MEP and Civil works
- Promote innovation and mentor construction team
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Civil Engineering knowledge and related technical skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project
- Strong skills in AUTOCAD
- Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations
- Experience with construction methodologies, site operations, and contractor management
- Skills in project scheduling, project costing, construction reporting, and team coordination
- Analytical problem solving and strong English and Greek language proficiency
- Civil Engineering / Architecture / Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineeringpreferred

About the job
Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules and project requirements and ensure construction works are executed in compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements
Coordinate daily construction procedures, workforce activities and contractors’ performance, monitor construction progress and take corrective actions, and be responsible for sharing information within the construction team
Be responsible for the collection and verification of daily timesheets, organize and lead construction meetings, and play a critical role in the coordination between project management, construction management team and H&S
Liaise with Civil and MEP Construction Directors to propose solutions, give input in project planning, review construction schedules and support constructability by implementing efficient construction methodologies
Supervise site engineers and foremen, manage contractors and workforce productivity, ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality regulations, and promote and enforce a strong safety culture
Assist in the evaluation of variation orders, provide daily construction updates and reports, maintain accurate documentation, identify risks and resolve issues, support Project Director, reply to contractors RFIs, prepare work method statements, ensure coordination between MEP and Civil, cooperate with Construction Directors, promote innovation and mentor construction team
What will you bring?
MSc or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related fields (Architect, MEP, etc.) and at least 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in a related position
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong command of MS Project
Excellent command of AUTOCAD and native Greek speaker and fluent in English
Analytical understanding of engineering to solve issues and ability to work under pressure and strong knowledge of Health & Safety
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, site operations, and project execution practices and demonstrated ability to manage contractors, site teams and construction resources effectively
Experience in project scheduling, costing, progress monitoring and construction reporting and strong results-orientation, analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability and enthusiastic, positive work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team of professionals
