What you'll do
- Assist in development and maintenance of project schedules and work programs
- Support project teams in planning, progress monitoring, and schedule reporting
- Update project schedules and track project performance against baselines
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning-related documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to verify project progress data
- Identify schedule deviations and support development of recovery and mitigation plans

Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Working knowledge of MS Project and familiarity with Primavera P6
- Understanding of project scheduling principles and construction project lifecycle
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with project scheduling, progress reporting, project monitoring, and project controls
- Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management / Any Field

We are seeking a Junior Project Planner to join our team in Athens, supporting the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of infrastructure and construction projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and work programs.
Support project teams in planning, progress monitoring, and schedule reporting activities.
Update project schedules and track project performance against established baselines.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and planning-related documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect and verify project progress data.
Identify schedule deviations and support the development of recovery and mitigation plans.
Participate in project control and planning meetings.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of planning and scheduling activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of professional experience in project planning, project controls, construction, or engineering projects.
Working knowledge of MS Project is required.
Familiarity with Primavera P6 will be considered a strong asset.
Understanding of project scheduling principles and construction project lifecycles.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent command of both Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop within a professional project controls environment.
