Our team is looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team for a major, high-profile infrastructure development project. This role requires a hands-on professional who will be present on site, ensuring the accurate implementation of architectural designs, compliance with approved studies, and coordination among all involved disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level on-site supervision of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate architectural matters with engineering teams, contractors, and consultants.
Monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues arising on site.
Review shop drawings, materials, and architectural details for conformity with project requirements.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support the project team with technical input during construction and design coordination phases.
Qualifications
University Degree in Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably on large-scale or complex projects.
Proven experience in on-site architectural supervision and design coordination.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
Ability to work effectively in demanding, fast-paced site environments
