What you'll do

- Maintain maintenance records and report issues to management

Ο Συντηρητής θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη γενική συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων του ξενοδοχείου, διασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή λειτουργία όλων των μηχανημάτων και εξοπλισμών, καθώς και τη διατήρηση της ασφάλειας και της άνεσης για τους επισκέπτες και το προσωπικό.
Κύρια Καθήκοντα και Ευθύνες:
Εκτέλεση τακτικών ελέγχων και προληπτικής συντήρησης σε όλους τους χώρους και τις εγκαταστάσεις του ξενοδοχείου.
Επισκευή και αντιμετώπιση βλαβών σε ηλεκτρολογικό, υδραυλικό και μηχανολογικό εξοπλισμό.
Άμεση ανταπόκριση σε έκτακτα περιστατικά συντήρησης.
Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων και βελτιστοποίηση της λειτουργίας του ξενοδοχείου.
Τήρηση αρχείων συντήρησης και αναφορά προβλημάτων στην ανώτερη διοίκηση.
Requirements
Προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως συντηρητής σε ξενοδοχειακό περιβάλλον ή σε ανάλογη θέση τεχνικής υποστήριξης.
Γνώσεις Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων, ηλεκτρολογικών και υδραυλικών συστημάτων.
Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και προληπτικής συντήρησης.
Καλή φυσική κατάσταση και ικανότητα εργασίας σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.
Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και αξιοπιστία.
Ευελιξία στο ωράριο εργασίας και διαθεσιμότητα για άμεση ανταπόκριση σε έκτακτες ανάγκες.
Βασικές γνώσεις ασφάλειας και υγιεινής.
