ROLE FUNCTIONS
· Act as a team leader whilst supervising all on goings on the hotel’s assigned areas to ensure cleaning process is completed following the priorities assigned at an appropriate rhythm, in order to achieve maximum Guest Satisfaction.
· Support of all departmental objectives and operations lead by Housekeeping Department
· Supervision of Rooms and Public Spaces to ensure maximum cleanliness and good repair, adhesion to Standards, timely delivery of Guest Requests and control of inventories.
· Follow up to ensure all tasks and challenges encountered are either resolved or have an acceptable timeframe. Escalate issues when necessary.
· Ensure full liaison with other members of the team in Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance and Front Office Team
· Strong relationship with guests and internal customers. Assists Guests with any inquiries, taking ownership and escalating when necessary.
· Responsible for handling complaints
Requirements
Relevant experience in luxury hospitality
Degree in Hospitality or similar
Good knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
