What you'll do
- Develop and implement the resort’s HR strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to employee relations
- Lead and support the HR team for efficient HR service delivery
- Manage recruitment and staffing, especially during high-volume seasons
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Greek labor legislation and company policies
- Manage employee relations and advise management on HR matters
- Oversee payroll processes and coordinate with external payroll providers
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Monitor employee performance and support managers in performance management
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation
- Prepare and monitor HR reports, KPIs, budgets, and workforce planning
- Promote a positive and inclusive professional working environment
