What you'll do
- Provide excellent service to guests from check-in to checkout
- Welcome and register guests efficiently, verifying identification and payment approval
- Confirm and modify guest registration details as per hotel procedures
- Answer guest questions accurately and resolve issues promptly
- Authorize revenue allowances following hotel policy
- Upsell guest rooms, food and beverage, and seasonal promotions
- Make restaurant, transportation, and entertainment reservations
- Provide concierge services with thorough knowledge of hotel amenities and local area
- Communicate and cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel history, services, rates, and packages
