What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across all areas
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness, order, and guest readiness
- Conduct regular inspections and promptly address deficiencies
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team
- Plan schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and equipment
- Collaborate with procurement and cost control for resource optimization
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and products
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Support sustainability initiatives in housekeeping operations
- Work closely with other departments for smooth service delivery
- Support special projects and VIP preparations
Key requirements
- Leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping processes and health & safety standards
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of PMS systems like Protel
- Multilingual skills in Greek and English
- Guest service excellence and quality assurance
- Inventory management and cost control
- Communication skills and teamwork
