Space Hellas, a leading integrator of IT, Networking, Security, and Telecommunications services, is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Network Support Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for Enterprise networks and Data Center environments for our customers. Main Tasks:

• Provide 2nd level technical support for Enterprise and Data Center network environments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across routing, switching, and other networking technologies

• Escalate unresolved or vendor-related issues to appropriate vendors (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) and actively follow through to resolution

• Maintain continuous communication with customers, providing updates and ensuring full service restoration within agreed SLAs

• Work closely with field engineers for on-site interventions, guidance, and coordinated incident handling

• Document all configuration changes, incident actions and resolutions

• Participate in standby rotation to provide off-hours support

• Participate in network project implementations (design, configuration, testing etc) along with the Engineering team

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position

• CCNP Enterprise certification (or equivalent knowledge level)

• Solid experience with Cisco technologies

• Strong troubleshooting skills in IP networking environments

• Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s Degree

• Experience with Fortinet, HPE, Juniper and/or Huawei networking solutions
