Space Hellas, a leading integrator of IT, Networking, Security, and Telecommunications services, is seeking an experienced and passionate Solutions Design/ Presales Engineer.

Main Tasks:

• Act as a technical consultant during the presales process, working closely with the sales team and customers

• Analyse customer requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet business and technical needs

• Deliver presentations of the overall solution to customers and stakeholders

• Prepare and deliver technical proposals for public and private sector tenders

• Work closely with delivery/implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover

• Stay up to date with industry trends, leading technologies and best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Proven experience in presales processes and the preparation of technical offers

• Solid understanding and solution design experience in the technological areas of WAN Routing, LAN Switching, SDN technologies (e.g. SD-WAN) and Data Center Networking

• Strong solution design expertise in Cisco and Fortinet technologies

• Good presentation skills

• Excellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s Degree

• Relevant certifications of partner vendors (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet)

• Experience with HPE and/or Huawei networking solutions

• Solid understanding and solution design experience in technologies related to Service Provider, WLAN and/or UCC
